PELAYANAN KURSUS BIMBINGAN BELAJAR GRATIS DI SD SWASTA TELADAN MEDAN SUMATERA UTARA

Abstrak

The purpose of the Community Service (PkM) program is to help solve various problems that exist in the community. One of them is problems in learning activities, including lack of motivation to learn, not being able to concentrate in studying, low learning outcomes, not being able to manage study time, not being ready to face exams/tests and so on. The presence of tutoring in schools is very important in order to help students to be able to make adjustments to the demands of academic, social, and psychological demands in accordance with their potential. Students' learning difficulties are usually indicated by the presence of certain obstacles to achieve their learning outcomes, usually these difficulties can be psychological, sociological, or physiological. So that in the end it can cause the learning achievement that is achieved is below what it should be. Therefore, to improve student achievement, it is necessary to provide tutoring gradually and more intensely so that students can overcome the learning difficulties they are studying and increase student motivation in learning. Community service activities in the Free Tutoring Course at Private Elementary Elementary School North Sumatra "is carried out within a span of 1 month, from 2 to 28 February 2022, which is located at the Teladan Private Elementary School, North Sumatra. The targets in this PkM program are students of the North Sumatra Model Private Elementary School. After the PkM program was implemented, the authors stated that this free tutoring service had a positive impact on students at the North Sumatra Teladan Private Elementary School.
