PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DIVERSIFIKASI PANGAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI INOVASI PANGAN LOKAL DARI SINGKONG
Abstrak
The government is starting to look at local food product innovations as an alternative to driving the economy and diversifying local food. The value of an innovation product in this era is no longer determined by raw materials or production systems as in the industrial era, but by the use of creativity and innovation. Management of cassava is very appropriate to be processed for innovation and diversification of local food, considering the uses and benefits of cassava is quite wide and because of the potential in Gunung Bunder 2 village, many cassava plants are not developed properly. There are many benefits and uses of cassava to be further developed in areas of cassava production centers. Community empowerment activities in Gunung Bunder 2 village are making food innovations from cassava to cassava noodles to diversify community food. These activities started from the introduction of food innovation products to demonstrations of making food innovation processed products.
