PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PADA PENGELOLAAN DATA ORGANISASI KEMAHASISWAAN UNIVERSITAS IBN KHALDUN BOGOR

Abstract

Management of data activities of student organizations in Bogor UIKA has not use
information systems yet, utilizing standard procedures, and the management is personal oriented.
Current document student activities formed as a standard submission working program, proposal
submission documents, and document activity reports is documented in hardcopy by the section
of financial resources administration bureau, third vice rector, courses, and third vice dean. In
order to simplify in managing data activities of student organizations at the university and faculty
level, it is necessary to build a system based on Knowledge Management System for managing
data in the organization of UIKA Bogor’s student activities, so that the data management system
of student activities can be organized and managed more easily.
