Abstract

The success of training activities in handicraft making using coconut shell materials can improve the ability and creativity of orphans through non-formal channels. The basic capability that must be possessed in making coconut shell is the ability to implement ideas that are artistic. In addition to the ability to implement the ideas need to also build self-sufficiency and financial management so that the results obtained to improve the level of life so as to live a decent, healthy and have a longer life expectancy.
